Requirements:

• Size should be 150x50
• You can choose your own color scheme, but we prefer that you use colors that coordinate with the blog theme or are spring-related
• Submissions must be sent via e-mail HERE (do not change the subject line)

All submissions received will be confirmed via response email within 24 hours.  If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours – please resubmit your entry.

All submissions will be uploaded for viewing at Fotki here – PSP Blog Hop.

Deadlines:

All blinkie submissions will be accepted until 12 Noon (EST) on Sunday, April 10, 2011.  At that time, no other entries will be accepted.

Voting will begin at 12 Noon (EST) on Sunday, April 10, 2011 and run until 12 Noon (EST) on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. At that time, a winner will be chosen based on the most amount of votes received.

In the event of a tie – members of the organization committee will make the deciding vote between the two.

The local time is available on the blog home page at all times.  A poll will be available on the blog only for voting.  Please be sure to visit and vote for the blinkie that you like the most.
